Responsible for growing Sikshana’s reach from 49 schools to now over 49k schools across the entire Karnataka. Prior to Sikshana, was Founder and CEO of Softrends Inc. USA for 10 years. He has a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University

Balamuralikrishna A. Founder Trustee.

Chartered Accountant, with an extensive practice in India and abroad.

Indira Sharma. Strategic Marketing Consultant. Previously at Ashoka, Housing for All Initiative, and at Brigade Group (Vice-President, Marketing and Sales).

Ravindra Krishnappa. Ravi is passionate about all things educational. He is an enterpreneur and wants to create a new measure for “learning” that is led by Curiosity called CQ (Curiosity Quotient).

Dr V. A. Sastry. Currently Co-founder and Director of RelQ. Previously on board of Infosys (responsible for quality and productivity), board of National Stock Exchange (System Advisory Committee).


Dr. Ashoka Gurudas. Reputed physician with Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Bangalore Medical College and MBBS from J.N.M.C. Belgaum, Karnataka University (1981).

Sudhakara B. R. Served Government of India in Indian Revenue Service. Some of the posts held : Director General of Income Tax (Investigation), Karnataka & Goa (2008). Member, then Chairman of Income Tax Settlement Commission, New Delhi (Aug 2010)

Venkatesh Reddy – Board Member & Full-time Product Developer. Created Sikshana’s Math Practice Program. Prior to Sikshana, was Founder and CEO of Signet Inc. USA. Has an MS in Electrical Engineering.

Chalam Plachikkat –  Launched Sikshana’s Government Partnership Model during his role of COO with Sikshana 2015-17. He currently heads the International Consumer Gift Card business for Has an MBA from Cambridge University, UK.

Mekin Maheshwari. Mekin started Udhyam with a purpose of empowering youth in lower-income sectors with entrepreneurship skills. With a strong desire to create value-driven learning initiatives in India, he let go of his corporate career at Flipkart as Head of Engineering and Chief People Officer.
