  • Registered with Income Tax under section 12A and 80G and registered under CSR.
  • In existence for more than 25 Years doing Charitable activities.
  • Promoting education, including special education by adopting state government schools in rural area which is covered under schedule – VII of the Companies Act 2013.
  • Will Assist the Company
    • To list CSR projects or programs that are approved to be undertake in areas or subjects specified in Schedule VII of the Act
    • The manner of execution of such projects or programs as specified in rule 4 of companies (CSR Policy) Rules 2014
    • The modalities of utilization of funds for the projects or programs
    • The modalities of implementation schedule for the projects or programs
    • Monitoring mechanism for the projects or programs
    • Reporting mechanism for the projects or programs
    • Details of need and impact assessment, if any, for the projects undertaken by the company
  • Unspent amount will be returned.
